We received a call from a client whose shed was experiencing water entering during heavy rainfall. Our team promptly assessed the situation and implemented an effective, affordable solution. We excavated around the foundation and installed a 4-inch perforated pipe, which was backfilled with stone, leading to a catch basin that directs water into a nearby creek. Additionally, we constructed a roughly 10-foot swale in front of the shed to intercept and redirect water before it could reach the shed or the catch basin. The client was extremely satisfied, as we successfully resolved her water problems and protected her property from future flooding.
